About Me
Hello, I'm Sandra and I hail from a family of stitchers. I have been knitting since I was seven and crocheting since the age of twelve.
I discovered visible mending more recently and have mended many pairs of jeans, jumpers and socks for myself and others.
Stitching is how I relax. I love to make colourful, practical items and repair old items so they can be used again. My passion for flowers often inspires my work.
I started running workshops in 2024. I really enjoy teaching and seeing the pleasure on the faces of both adults and children faces when they achieve a new skill. I am DBS checked.
Whenever possible, I use pre-loved materials in both my own work and my classes. This helps me reduce waste, live more sustainably and keep costs down.
